I regularly strength train and do cardio. 3-4 times a week. I try to eat as healthy as possible and want to get the most out of my supplements. Here is a list of what i take.

    Multi-vitamin s
    Vitamin b complex
    Flax seed oil
    Protein

Would you guys add or remove anything?

    Thx

I think I recall reading a couple different sources saying that Fish oil is preferred over Flax seed

more omega 3, less risk of prostate cancer, etc

Sweet thx. My right shoulder grinds and cracks a bit when im doing lat pull downs. I dont believe joint supplements will cure it but maybe they will prevent from spreading or getting worse.

make sure you follow the bottle dosage for 3-4 weeks, joint supplements take a while to kick in, but they will help. I'm off my joint supplelments right now and benching the bar feels like its going to destroy my sholders

Vitamin C is generally known as an anti-inflamatory. C coupled with fish oil always does good things.
