Got it off ebay with Alcoholic for 12 dollars. It's a cool book, although it literally spells out what happens in each series so unless you read the series you may not want to read the story summaries.

everyone knows about 300, i'd want something someone would pick up and go...what's all this noise about Fables?

If I want 300 in my living room, I'll watch the bluray.

My DC Encyclopedia should be showing up sometime this week. I have my eye on the Marvel Chronicles. I've heard the Marvel Encyclopedia isn't very good.

You just like the drawn-in, flacid penises :mamoru:

No point in arguing that the book is better then the movie, that wasn't my intention. If I had the 300 hc on my living room, on my coffee table, everyone would look at it and say, "oh neat, they made a comic book out of the movie."

    Do not want.

have I just gotten more and more vague with my posts? perhaps i should have used " " to convey a third party looking at the book and asking themselves what fables is about.

i own issues 4-83, the first trade, the GN, 1-32 of Jack, and have the first deluxe HC pre-ordered.

now if only i could find the alex maleev #1 variant and that bigby/snow statue...
