I rarely do tricep isolation excercises as well...

which means my benching technique is possibly incorrect for pec focus...

what are some suggestions that might mediate this?

I would think b2c is better for pec focus... agree with not locking out, my tris get nice and toasty when I lock them out

Guess I'll have to try that.

I've noticed the same thing w/ my quads. I started incorporating more single leg work into my workouts.

Single leg leg press, single leg exts ect Will re measure in 10 weeks and see if it makes a difference, I think I will see positive results.

    wait...

thought pre exaust was doing fly movement or pec isolation first (as in PUR's training protocol)...

    talking about tri isolation first?

yes, get your triceps tired before you bench and shit so that they'll be less involved in the bench movements. Kinda like doing biceps before back work so you're forced to squeeze/use your back muscles instead of getting a ton of help from your arms

yep... I'm having similar results as well... seeing separation I've never seen in my entire life before in the quads...

It's physically impossible for your tris to get too big. That's like being too awesome. Not going to happen.

Pause your bench work. Incline. If you do dumbbell work, use a good range of motion.
