for the past 3 weeks mine hasn't. ehh...

It's good for referencing progress since i don't use a notebook or anything at the gym.

You guys must have a picture perfect memory, or a short routine. How the fuck do you remember how many sets, how many reps, and how much? And how can you keep track of the details that you think of while working out that you might want to adjust/change? There is no way I could remember everything without writing it down...

oh teh irony.
I was waiting for somebody to catch that.
before i go to the gym, i look at my log. I note what weight to warm up with, and i almost always remember how much i go up each set.
