Normal range for my lab is 241-827. Mine came back as 169. :hs: It certainly explains a lot, my lack of motivation, fatigue, loss of athletic drive, anxiety, episodes of depression, ZERO libido, etc.

Hell, I've felt like this for 4 years but lately it has been fucking BAD. I'm glad I got the test. level checked though instead of going to a shrink or something and being diagnosed with a mental illness or some bullshit like that.....which probably happens to a lot of men in their 20s who aren't properly diagnosed.

We'll see what the doc says Monday when I go back...probably will get referred to an endocrinologist and start the painstaking process of getting prescribed proper HRT, and dealing with my insurance will be a charm as well I'm sure.

Still, I think it is pretty cool that I can bench nearly 315 and deadlift over 400lbs with the testosterone of a 90 year old man :bigthumb:

I'm getting my levels checked in 2 weeks along with blood tests just for the hell of it. I'm interested to see what my levels are. I have absolutely zero sex drive so I'm guessing they aren't shooting through the roof.

Taken around 8pm I think. I had probably not eaten in 5 or 6 hours. My current diet is pretty much dirty bulk mixed with occasional clean bulk. I have felt like shit for YEARS though and I have changed my diet numerous, numerous times. Besides, what type of diet besides eating 100% soy could give you prepubescent test levels?

i know seriously. its like the newest fad. its always in this format:

"got my test results back. i have XXXX, normal is XXX-XXX"
"explains why i'm XXXX, XXX, XXX, XXX now i know why"

your doctor will re-order early morning, fasting levels. Probably get your gnrh levels etc as well.

Ps. testosterone levels are the be all end all levels that a lot of otfn makes them out to be.

 same shit happened when mike had his testing done. it was huge for months after it

just like when someone has gyno, it's another huge topic for months.

you guys are just gonna be on normal levels, it's not the huge improvement you think you're gonna get. if you're not gaining with the amount you have right now, then something else is wrong, not the hormones

well no, someone with very low testosterone levels is going to struggle putting on good quality mass. For someone with genuine low levels (eg. probably not anyone here) it would be a big step in the right direction.

I'm sure it will help a little bit to some of these people, but it's not going to be the difference they are expecting. "I haven't gained for years, it's all because of my testosterone" - bullshit.

Well guess what faggots, that isn't what I'm saying here at all. I bust my ass in the gym and I HAVE made gains, see my second post.

I have no interest in running "roids" to put on mass, I just want to feel like a normal goddamn person again.
