My suggestion for you losers today at the gym

    Take a few deep breaths before you go. Personally I'm not planning any particular workout for this week, just what body part. That way when some fat resolution fuck is on the equipment I need it's not a big deal, I'll move on to something else. chill and maybe there'll be some fresh trim in gym. that rhymes. eat shit. This is clearly the only way to survive this next few weeks. Well unless you plan to drink first. either way I guess.

    just another reason why I love routines that have variabilty in the exercises to be done.

    I plan on going in today and going for a 1RM on deadlift. I'm going to load up 525 and make as much fucking noise as I can to scare these fatties away.

    im gonna try to entertain myself til about 9pm, gym usually clears out by then (went at 6:30 once, fucking nightmare)

    yeah. not me so much. At most I'll leave one exercise for variation. I do the same exact routine for 4-6 weeks.

    if you load the plates a little loose it makes more noise. Drop from knee height for maximum slammage.

    I am not afraid to ask someone to work in. I don't think anyone's ever said NO to me. Eventually, after they realize they're going to need to unload all my plates after each set, they'll give up and move away

    absolutely. 99% of the time they're "done" when you ask. What does drive me nuts is the bastards that will jump on what ever I'm using because I walked to the water fountain that's 10 feet away for 15 seconds.

    I think imma have to give him a few months off. It's been too long since I've seen my lower abs. Well, without being hungover dehydrated that is.

    never had a problem doing that with regulars, but the Resolutioner's who don't know proper etiquette have said no once or twice

    but Trancezj is right...the bigger you are the less likely they are to say no...shaving your head also works...

    that just happened to me. I was sick and coughed so hard it busted. My wife was all "OMG! wtf is wrong with your eye??". wtf I can't see it
