My starting stats

    I've been working out for around 8 months solidly along with a diet change and I suppose I should have started a journal sooner but anyhow I just started it today so hence the measurements....I have a long way to go until I'm happy though I considering I weighed 210lbs when I started working out following sitting on my ass for 6 months with a smashed leg I am well on my way :)

    chest 42"
    L bicep 14.5"
    R bicep 14.5"
    waist 35"
    L quad 20.5"
    R quad 20"

    You REALLY need to work on your legs, they are FAR behind what I would expect.

    I'm just really starting to get into legs as I said in another thread..I have feared hurting my knee again and so I have really shied away from doing too much with them. The last 2-3 leg work outs have really done alot for me. I'd say that most of my stats are probably "far" behind but in reality I'm still a noob to the whole thing so I'm not totally dissapointed especially under the pretenses which I started this (rehab for the legs)
