    widen your hands

    bar lower on your back

    much more arch in lower back

    pull lats tight in upper back

    look up at a 45 degree angle

    get rid of that towel abortion you have on the bar

    you actually have pretty good flexibility in your lower body and the squat wasn't that bad, if you work on your set up you'll squat a lot more.

    as far as the pain in you adductor hip flexor tie in, it's either a hernia or a pull, start working your adductors more and when you squat work on spreading the floor

    woah, yeah, I should start taking video of myself that way I can learn how to squat as well.

    At least you went low enough. Everyone in my gym squats MAYBE halfway from the butt being parallel with the knees.

    defiinately some good flexibility, you make going down look so easy. GnP said it all. Looking up will definately help

    I think you'd know it if it was a hernia. It sounds like you're just weak there. Try wide stance box squats.

    The squat looks prety good to me but like the others said just look up and maybe widen your hand placement. I had a hurnea once and its really easy to tell if you have one. My ball bag had like a third ball in and and when pushing with my abs or taking a shit or something it would hurt. When i layed down the extra ball would go back up inside of me.

    there are also hernias that occur when the intestine pushes thru the abdominal wall.

    hernias dont always have to hurt.. i have one right now and im still lifting until it gets worse which is when ill get it fixed =)
