My squat sucks for my size and muscle mass

    6'1", 185lbs, ~10% bf

    235X5 atg


    i think it may be due to my routine. leg routine looks like this:

    squats
    STLD
    lunges
    calf work

    usually around 4-5 sets of each. would you agree thats the main problem? i fucking hate my squat numbers

    i usually work legs once a week, but ive been trying to go to the gym an extra day during the week to thrown in squats and other stuff

    i agree, but, my squat is still weak relative to my weight

    That was my first thought.

    Just try and add 5 more lbs every week. What's just 5 more lbs? And gain some weight, that's the easiest way to make your squat skyrocket

    It seems like I travel 2-3x more than my 5'9" friend during squats and we both hit the same depth. Long legs ftl.

    do you squat at the beginning of your week?
    the beginning of your workout?
    have you tried doing different rep/set combos?
    if i told you i had a 12inch cock is that something you might be interested in?

    i weight 140lbs and can squat about 155x8-10 if that makes u feel better. I havent improved for a while either.
