My shoulders are getting fucked

    Mainly on chest days(or day after). I take joint a formula, and have been for months but I'm not sure if it's working/helping.

    Who does rotator cuff exercises, and which seem to work? Do you do them before chest or with shoulders? Do I have form issues? Does CEE taste bad?

    i do rotator cuff work before shoulders, chest, back. I stretch also before each workout. Be smart about it and you will be fine.

    I do rotator cuffs before shoulders. You probably need to fix your bench form if you're getting problems with your shoulders after benching.

    I bench w/ DBs, have good mind-muscle connection, good form from everything I've seen concerning. I think my shoulders are just pussies. Any GIFs of rotator cuff exercises?

    Its not so much your shoulders are pussies its that the stabalizer muscles are weak. Spend the next couple weeks focusing on rear delts and do some of that rotator cuff work
