    Equipment : Canon Powershot G2 No Filters No Lens's
    Used a Tripod
    Taken Last Night in front of the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse :

    Kill the border

    Go for 20 seconds rather then 5, it will allow the water to look more glossed

    and its pelfed

    yep. use LR and get that waterline flat.

    stop down a lot more too. Say f/10 at least.

    yeah I cannot afford any type of editing software at this time but thank you for the suggestion.

    I am hoping to go back once this rain lets up next week for more.

    Kill the borders, expose longer and if you can get a spot where you don't get those polls on the lower left in the shot, I think it would be better. It's a decent shot, it just needs some adjusting.

    too many borders.

    bring the f stop to f/11 or something to get a longer shutter for a better effect for the water.

    not too bad...longer exposure next time and make sure your camera is level with the horizon

    i like it, but I would have preferred a shot closer to dusk that has just a little sunlight in the sky.
