Anyone else not have some set, strict routine when to go to the gym? I like the freedom of being able to mix things up and go with what feels good on any given day. I make it a point to get to every muscle group like you would with a routine but im not bored when I go to the gym doing the same exact thing day after day.

    Am I alone?

Why would someone want to limit their workout by only following some set excercise rountine that only contains a handful of excercises? :mepoke:

I definitely see why you would, it makes sense, keeps you on something, things that work... I just don't take the time to figure it all out

I don't really have a "set" routine. But I do have a split. I make sure I do the core stuff though (deads, squats, bench, pull-ups)
