Hey guys, im a newbie and am just after some input on my current routine.. I know it could be better so any input would be great.. I started lifting about 6months ago, for the first 3months of that I didnt realy know what I was doing, i started at 138lbs and am now about 158lbs... I started bulking but it was mostly junk food, but thats what got me to 158lbs, I decided to start eating clean and havent been able to put on weight... Anyway this is what iv been doing for the last 2 to 3months... Monday - Chest & Bi's Incline Bench - 3/4 x 10 Flat Bench - 3/4 x 10, 8, 8, 6 (these are usualy to failure) Flys - 3 x 10 Curls - 3 x 10 Hammer Curls - 3 x 6 Consentraion Curls - 3 x 6 Tuesday - Shoulders & Tri's Shoulder Press - 3/4 x 10 Upright Rows - 3/4 x 10 Rear Delt Rows - 3 x 10 Tricep Extensions - 3/4 x 10 Bench Dips - 3 x 10 Wednesday - Legs & Abs Calf Raises - 3/4 x 15 Squats - 3/4 x 15 Situps - 3 x 15 Thursday - Chest & Bi's (Same as Monday) Friday - Shoulders & Tri's (Same as Tueday) I only work out at home and all iv got is a bench, dumbbells and a barbell.. Dose my routine look ok ? what should I change ? Maybe I should add a back day in there and take something out ? Iv seen ok gains but I personaly think they could have been a lot better...
