My Routine I started today.. opinions?

    Monday Bench only:

    135x10, 175x10, 175x10,

    140x5, 165x4, 195 for 2 sets of 3, 220 for 3 sets of 5

    120x5, 180x5, 205 for 4x4.


    Tuesday:

    Incline: 205 for 4x6

    Closer grip: 205 for 6x5

    Squat: 5x5 with 275

    Bent over rows: 5x5

    1 arm DB rows: 10, 8, 8. go up in weight each set

    T-Bar rows: 3x8

    Narrow grip straight bar curls: 3x8

    Wide grip straight bar curls: 3x8

    One other bicep exercise of your choice for 3x8



    Wednesday bench only (pyramid workout):

    135x10, 175x10, 175x10

    140x6, 165x5
    195 for 4 sets of 2
    205 for 3 sets of 2
    220 for 2 sets of 2
    235 for 1 set of 2
    220 for 2 sets of 2
    205 for 3 sets of 2
    195x4, 180x5, 165x6, 150x7, 140x8




    Thursday:

    Deadlift: 135x10, 350x4, 350x4, 365x2

    Wide grip deadlift (hands very very wide):
    135x10, 300x4, 300x4, 315x2

    Sumo style: 135x10, 235x4, 235x4, 250x2

    Straight legged DL: high reps low weight.

    Powershrugs: lots of weight!! for how ever many you want


    Friday bench only:

    135x10, 175x10, 175x10

    140x5, 165x4, 195x3, 220 for 2 sets of 5


    Saturday:

    Military press: 3 sets of 5 with 135-150, w/e u want

    Close grip bench: 210 for 5x5

    Squat: 135x5, 185x5, 245x5, 245x5, 245x5, 245x5, 265x3, 280x2, 280x2

    Bent over rows: 5x5

    1 arm DB rows: 10, 8, 8. go up in weight each set

    T-Bar rows: 3x8

    Narrow grip straight bar curls: 3x8

    Wide grip straight bar curls: 3x8

    One other bicep exercise of your choice for 3x8

    SQAUTS, SLDL, Deadlift(i no its mostly back but still some legs)

    oh yea and take into consideration that i am a 15 y/o person.. and i recover much quicker than older ppl

    he is squating, but he has three bench only and on top of that 2 more days where he presses.

    To be honest with you your routine is absolutely horrible. With your natural strength your gains would be great if u just had a decent routine behind them. You need to find something different now, like a 4 day upper/lower or something of that manner.

    ive been suggested to this routine. and it was set up for me.
    it is a boris sheiko routine

    ok i know your being sarcastic. but my bench is my best lift. it is the lift i plan on beating the american record in. thats why my current routine focuses a lot on pecs. but this routine goes till about dec. then i change it up focusing more on legs

    too much upper body, I think you could be more effective with three days worth of benching.

    since when does being 15 mean you recover quicker than say... a 20 year old?

    Sheiko routines sometimes have 4 days of benching.

    It always entertains me when people laugh at things they have no real idea about.

    Are Olympic Lifters laughed at when they squat 4-5 times a week?
