    weights increase with each set by 5, 10, 25, 50 lbs depending on exercise (5 for curls, 25-50 with leg press/squat, etc..)

    chest/tri day
    flat bench 10, 10, 8
    incline 10, 10, 8
    weighted dips 12, 10, 10
    flys 10, 10, 8

    pushdowns 10, 10, 8
    cg bench 10, 10, 8
    skull crushers 10, 10, 8

    back/bi
    deadlifts 10 (warmup), 6, 5, 5
    lat pulldowns 12, 10, 10
    seated rows 10, 10, 10
    bentover bb row 10, 10, 8

    db curls 10, 10, 8
    hammer curls 10, 10, 10
    reverse curls, 10, 10, 8
    foreaem flexers 15, 15, 10

    legs/shoulders
    squats 10 (warmup), 5, 5, 5
    leg press 10, 8, 8
    calf raises standing 10, 10, 10
    hammy curls 10, 10, 8
    quad extensions 10, 10, 10
    calf raises seated 10, 10, 10

    db shoulder press 10, 10, 8
    rear lateral raise 10, 10, 10
    upright row 10, 10, 8
    front/later raises (alternating), 10, 10, 8 (i raise both arms to the front, lower, raise them to the side, lower. that's 1 rep - the pump is amazing)
    shrugs 10, 10, exhaustion

    *note: if i cant get that last rep out, i push until i'm bright red in the face and usually making a good bit of noise..it helps and i, for the most part, end up getting that last rep out and then feel extremely nauseated ::bigthumb:

    why...they have no affect on the shoulder portion..and i do them before shoulders..

    a little over an hour, i take 45-60 second rests between sets on shoulder stuff..60-90 between leg stuff

    dont put so much emphasis on the smaller muscle groups

    the tri's and bi's?

    i only do 3 exercises for the tri's and on bicep day i usually leave an exercise out 'cuz my arms are too fatigued from all the rows.

    you have 4 exercises for you entire back, and then 3-4 for your biceps alone.

    Imo, I don't mean to sound like a broken record, but seriously consider christophers routine and eating properly.

    Ya, way too much volume for bis. I would cut that down to 1 exercise, maybe two at most. I would do the same for tris too.

    i go to la fitness because it's closer to avalon park. :hsd:

    I know I dont know much but his routine does seem best and its somewhat simple.

    because if everyone could work every part of their body hard every day and not decrease in muscle mass then they would. if you break down more muscle than you can rebuild in a certain amount of time then you end up losing muscle instead of gaining. thats why.
