My rotator is fucked

  1. It was fucked before and I thought it had healed but I guess not. I don't know what did them in. Either the heavy rows with the bar that you straddle over or machine pullovers. I damaged them before with those same rows but with a wide grip and machine pullovers have always given me a bit of trouble before.

    So my rehab is this... anti inflammatories for 2 weeks. What shoulder workouts should I do if any? external rotators? face pulls? should I also stop doing pullups?

    don't do any shoulder workouts until you heal

    Then go easy on the problem exercises, and throw in rotator exercises at the end of a workout.

    All of those are good ideas. Eliminate any and all overhead movements and focus on internal and especially external rotations. TNation and elitefts both have excellent articles on RC rehab.

    I stared to feel pain there when i was doing the flat bench

    I've increased my stretching and done some rotator excercises and worked out that area

    The pain is slowly going away....:hs:

    Yea Im thinking of buying one I dont know I think my left rotator might be fucked :dunno: Did some pullovers and I did 1rep and it snapped and made this grinding noise and has been hurting for like a week now :coolugh:
