It was fucked before and I thought it had healed but I guess not. I don't know what did them in. Either the heavy rows with the bar that you straddle over or machine pullovers. I damaged them before with those same rows but with a wide grip and machine pullovers have always given me a bit of trouble before. So my rehab is this... anti inflammatories for 2 weeks. What shoulder workouts should I do if any? external rotators? face pulls? should I also stop doing pullups?
