    Hey Guys,

I recently got back from a month of training both Muay Thai and MMA in Thailand, at a place in Phuket called Tiger Muay Thai. It's the same camp that Ray Elbe, from Episode 2 of this seasons The Ultimate Fighter is the head trainer at.

Other UFC vets such as Jon Fitch, Tom Lawlor, Alan Belcher, Mike Swick and a few others have trained there.

Anyways, I thought some of you may be interested to read my review of the camp. Let me know your thoughts.

    Thanks.

    Dan

I don't like clicking on random links lol, but I gotta be rude here. I think that Ray guy had terrible Muay Thai. I'm not gonna say mine is better, but I was expecting way more than that, especially if he's training in Thailand.

he did a good job I think, and assuming it's him I don't see what the problem is, aside from advertising his site for free

protests are nothing new. they're just receiving a lot more international attention now cause of what happened at the airports.

it's seriously fine. SERIOUSLY. You know how the media is...

When the riot was going on, so was Songkran... (thai new year) and I went out and had fun.

But anyway... It's over... For now...
