    Heading back to the old stomping ground ghetto ass YMCA this week.

    Lifting like a pussy 1-2x/week (sporadically) for the last several months due to a slipped disk in my lower back. :(

    I am weak as shit and feel like crap. Losing strength/size has been one of the worst experiences in my life.

    Hey man..

    I don't go on AIM much anymore at all, and I almost never go in here because I feel like I basically wasted 10 months of dedicated training. Well, not wasted entirely, but I took like 5 months back because of my fucking spine, and it's depressing.
