I have been taking T-rex, Sesapure, Glucorell R and Red Blast for about a month now. The results are awsome!! I weighed 247 this morning but I am as lean as I usually am around 233!! I've had comments from dozens of people that I look bigger and leaner at the same time. I went an extra hole in my belt and am more vascular. My face actually has a bit of a jaw line now!! The Red Blast is awsome for training. I also just added Levorex and AIFM into the mix. Per day, I have been taking 6 Sesapure, 4 Glucorell, 6 T-Rex and 15 Red Blast. I have also been following the carb rules of the Anafit diet. My strength is still climbing. So, if anyone was having any doubts about these products here is proof of why you should give them a try. Feel free to ask any questions that you may have. I am a believer!!

Limit carbs between 4 hours after waking and 4 hours before going to sleep...

In other words, no carbs until you've been awake for 4 hours and no carbs within 4 hours of sleeping.

The first reason is that it keeps your body in a fasting state from the night before (sleeping).. and yo udont wanna have carbs before bed because you'll end up sleeping with insulin running through your blood, again, preventing catabolism and fat burning.

    Some info: http://www.afboard.com/forum/showthread.php?t=129

here it is in the anafit e-zine: http://www.afboard.com/forum/showthread.php?t=430

T-Cake is a woman and has lost 110 lbs.

Check her thread in the training log.

I think she meant that it effects the body's ability to burn fat. Who knows.

If I tell you that you can't watch tv after 6 pm or before 11 am, you're going to end up watching a lot less tv. Same thing goes on there. Limiting the times at which you can get some is going to end up limiting your total intake. It's a sloppy version of a timed-carb diet IMO. Limiting the intake of non-veggie/fruit carbs to the during and PWO period is going to end up the same if not better, especially for those who train in the morning or at night.

If your goal is fatloss, having carbs post morning cardio is about the last thing you want to do though..

Maybe if you do LISS, but high intensity cardio works better and will end up depleting glycogen to a greater extent. Getting some carbs would refill the glycogen stores which would limit protein breakdown.
Those who are afraid of insulin (Cut Diet for example) suggest talking lots of BCAA instead of carbs because carbs causes an insulin spike... Well guess what, BCAA is highly insulinogenic too. :noes:

    you fuckers always confuse shit

one day it's "it makes no difference what you eat, it's calories in vs calories out" :hsugh:

the other day it something else

and today it's "dont eat carbs 4 hours after you get up/before you sleep"

    god damn it

It's cals in vs cals out, but many factors influence this. Look up the nutrition edu.
