    Anyone else do this?

    Sit down facing away from the step on the assisted pull up machine. Back straight, not touching the step, push the weight down with your palms. Great pump for the tris. :bowdown:

    Similar form as dips but more ROM and more isolation for me. :o

    I used to put plates on my lap and use the benches a couple years back. We dont have an assisted machine so i cant try it.

    Mine is to get an EZ curl bar, bend over and bring it from the back of your knees, past your ass till your arms straighten out behind you.

    i like dips where you put your legs up on one bench and arms on the other

    45 and 25lb plate on thighs

    Those are a lot easier to do than dips though. Trying do weighted dips with an extra 70lbs.
