    May 2005 - about 165 lbs.

    Details
    started after i got my bloodwork done and it showed high cholesterol and just felt like shit all the time. i used to smoke but i quit and managed over 104 - 5K runs last year (never ran before), lifting weights, and a little hapkido... diet changes include increase in protein intake, stopped eating chinese food and deep fried food. i cheat with chocolate/ice cream cake here and there.

    Maxes (after a full day of workout)
    Bench: 225x3
    DL: 315x2x1

    I dropped to 159 lbs. then gained it all back and more at a 1 lb./month rate.

    you ran 2 5Ks a week for a year?

    then i realized maybe he just runs 5ks in his backyard or something.

    Just around my area. No competition. I'm slow as fuk. Never ran in my life before... had to start with 400m etc. and work my way up. My unofficial time is around 27 min. for 5200m (5.2K).

    I actually ran four 5Ks a week for 2 weeks but I dropped too much weight so I dropped it back to 2.

    Yep, that's my weak area... and shoulders... starting to do weighted wide grip pullups now... improving but then I used to struggle doing 3 at BW.

    how can you tell from those pics? I know he agreed but you cant tell from that type of pic or pose.

    Is there a ratio chart for body part size at a specific weight?

    You now have a very good base to start eating more and lifting harder to put on some good mass.

    you look good though overall and 100X better than your before pic :bigthumb:

    Only if running is a particular goal of yours. If you're just using it as cardio and don't have any time/distance goals, 2x is fine.
