    tell me what ya think. Also i would really love to get a sixpack for the summer, but i seem to not know how to get down to that point, so if anyone could help me out that would be awesome.

    oh yea my numbers
    Squat 315x2
    Bench 240x2
    Deadlift 435x1
    so im pretty sure if i maxed i could total 1k

    Edit: im 20 now and was just recently diagnosed as hypo thyroidal.

    thanks everyone for the encouragement


    my diet is pretty simple:
    Breakfast is a couple spoons of Naturally More PB with added whey, it comes out to 15g of protein per spoonful and 11g of fat or so.

    Lunch: veggies and some meat.
    Dinner: again veggies and meat
    Prebed: protein shake with 2 spoonful's of PB and milk

    If you were fat before, its going to be a little hard to get a 6 with loose skin.

    Ive come to the fact i will never have one, but i honestly dont care

    i never had stretch marks or anything and i dont think loose skin will be a probelm for me, i thought it would be but now im pretty sure it wont
