my progress over the past 8 months..

    could be better, could be worse..diet has been lacking, but my strength has gone up a lot.

    noticed a big diff in my lats and delts..
    moderate difference in my biceps and chest
    and my back is much bigger

    left side is old --- right side is new (in both pics)

    i put on a good amount of muscle in the past 8 months

    it's pretty noticable in my back...my umm..erector spinae and lower traps are probably double in size..probably gained 1.5" in my arms and my lats are a decent amount bigger than they were..

    squat 245
    bench 185

    meant to post that..
    i think i can pull 315-325 now...gonna try a max bench on tuesday, was gonna do it tonite but i dont have a spotter

    yeah deffinitely a big difference in muscle size but it doesn't seem that you gained much weight. When you first started I remember you telling me you were around 145lbs and you look around 150-155 in those pics. Are you going for size/weight? in 8 months you could have been 180-190 or something :dunno: then again look at me i dont look like a guy who knows anything so take that for what its worth :rofl:

    lol, nah i take what everone says here seriously, to a degree..i can weed out the bullshit from the genuine stuff...
    i probably coulda gone up to 180 by now, but like i said..my diet is bleh..my sleep schedule is fucked so my meals are never consistent..i'll have 5,000 calorie days and then 1500 calorie days ..by the end of the week i probably end up eating around maintenance (including the cals in eed to work out) :hs:

    i'm 6' 0.5" by the way :hs:

    ~150 lbs

    yeah i went from 195 to 230 in 5 months...you can get big, you just have to want it bad enough

    i know...:hs: once i get a job i think it'll help, my sleep schedule sucks, so in turn my eating schedule sucks :hs:

    should have a job by next week sometime, but we'll let the pictures do the talking in another 8 months or so

    i dont get why people aim for 5k when they usually end up crashing and getting only 1500 the next day. aim for a steady 3500-3800 DAILY and you should be fine

    My 8 month progress from beginning to 8 months was much more noticable.:hs:

    A good 50+ percent of your gains are within the first 6 months (a Sonic Factpinion®) and I'm seeing progress, but not much.:hs:
