Thought I'd share for the newberts since the guys that know whats up this aint nothin new to them. This has helped me out tremendously with recovery, strength and mass gains. Stick to it for a couple months and let me know how it goes. - Preworkout (20 mins before stepping into the gym): 2 scoops USP Labs Jack3d. Vasocharge and NO shotgun has worked well also. - During/immediately post workout (Usually start sipping the last 10 minutes of my workout and kill it in my car on the way home: 2 scoops Dextrose, 5 scoops BCAA'S (XTEND), 5 grams creatine monohydrate. - Post workout (25-30 mins after) - 2 scoops ON Whey, 1 cup raw oats, few slices of fresh fruit such as strawberries, melon, watermelon, blueberries. Post Post.......1- 1.5 hours after working out I have my red meat meal (steak, sweet potato or brown rice with my greens.) this is for idiots like njftw who say none of us contribute anything, there it is laid out for you on a platter of what to do before and after the most important time around your training. p.s. i wouldnt recommend doing this if youre fat. this is for mass.
