My Pre and Post workout nutrition which has helped me significantly in natural gains.

    Thought I'd share for the newberts since the guys that know whats up this aint nothin new to them. This has helped me out tremendously with recovery, strength and mass gains. Stick to it for a couple months and let me know how it goes.

    - Preworkout (20 mins before stepping into the gym): 2 scoops USP Labs Jack3d. Vasocharge and NO shotgun has worked well also.

    - During/immediately post workout (Usually start sipping the last 10 minutes of my workout and kill it in my car on the way home: 2 scoops Dextrose, 5 scoops BCAA'S (XTEND), 5 grams creatine monohydrate.

    - Post workout (25-30 mins after) - 2 scoops ON Whey, 1 cup raw oats, few slices of fresh fruit such as strawberries, melon, watermelon, blueberries.

    Post Post.......1- 1.5 hours after working out I have my red meat meal (steak, sweet potato or brown rice with my greens.)



    this is for idiots like njftw who say none of us contribute anything, there it is laid out for you on a platter of what to do before and after the most important time around your training.

    p.s. i wouldnt recommend doing this if youre fat. this is for mass.

    dextrose is cheap as fuck i bought about 7 lbs of it for i think 14 dollars off dpsnutrition IIRC. substitute usp labs jacked with 2-300mg caffeine and/or AAKG, creatine is cheap as fuck as well and ON whey, well.......that ones tough

    I dont know. who the fuck knows. its a variety of things as i posted that contributed to new natural growth for me. just giving you my feedback and what ive seen over the past couple months :dunno:

    how long have you been here to not know how i look, ive posted endless pictures for about 6 years now.


    and regardless of how bad i look, ive been training 7 years now almost very seriously i'd say, if i said i made some good natural gains after all that time with a few religious pre and post workout habits why wouldnt you accept it? pics of me really has nothing to do with anything.

    going good, except i randomly lost 2 lbs in the last two days and i ate more than the weeks previous, fucking human body.

  15. try eating some complex carbs along with a clean source of protein like 60-90 minutes before your workout.

    typical day as of late im up at 9 ill have my breakfast which = 6 whole eggs, 2 slices ezekiel toast or regular potatoes, some turkey bacon, and some fruit.

    1-2 hrs later ill have ON whey with 1 cup of oats and 2 tblsp's natural pb or olive oil, then ill have my pre workout shit as i posted 45 mins later and go work out.

    like 2 1/2 years after i started lifting, i think i was like 22-23, im almost 27 now. i think i was natural never touched anything there...maybe did 1-ad ph before that
