    Just have a lean protein source (chicken, tuna, lean beef) which a carb source (bread, rice, yams) and you'll be more than fine.

    I do my regular meal (chicken, usually) followed up with a Muscle Milk shake and I'm good to go.

    You can have other stuff apart from what I suggested too, these are just ideas. Eat, lift and rest, forget about the other details and you'll progress.
