I don't need to be strong. I am to short to look buff. A guy my size *cough* somewhere right around 5'6 would look stupid built, do you not agree? It would be like trying to be something im not. I don't feel comfortable walking around short an fat, thinking to myself, im bulking up geez im going to be ripped when all this chubby turns into muscle. It's time for a change! So I have a membership to a gym. My goal is 5'6 125 lbs from my current 150 lbs. I just need to know if losing 25 lbs is 3 months is possible, and if this is how I can do it. I am just going to tone, not tone down, becuase there is not much to town down too. I should be heatlhier and skinnier, not stronger and heavier. So onto the gym plan. Most of it will be aerobic (running, the bike, situps, pushups, pullups ect). I have a few questions... I know I can learn alot of other internet websites, but I have a fair bit of experience when it comes to this type of thing. I am just thinking to myself how important is stretching in all this? Can I work on my limberness later, and work on my body and health just for now? Then second question is do I want to lift light everyday with my daily excersize (it will be daily). Say I can curl 30's 10 times then im done where im at now. Do I want to bump it up every month, every two weeks, or bump it down and do more reps? I am really concerned with just my health more than my body. I want to have low blood pressure, and look cut to some extent. Thx for deciphering through this im going to head to the gym at like 10 o clock every nite starting tonight, I just need some feedback before I set off tonight on my questions and some suggestions would help too. Thankss :x:

I don't know but i'm pretty sure it's possible if you diet and stuff too. I don't know crap actually about weight lifting and stuff but I used to be a fat 5'9 my freshman year I weight 220lbs(got the marks to prove it) and played offensive line, then by my summer I weighed 170lbs and I got taken off line and put into d-end. So I got faster, slimmer, and stronger so I think you can drop 25lbs in about 3 months but what the hell do i know?

I think I will bike a mile (after first day 1/8 mile increase each day), run/jog/walk a mile (1/2 mile each week increase), and then do 10 pullups bumping it up 1 a day, pushups 3 "reps" of 10 bumping it up 1 "rep" a week, then situps/crunches I will do 200 bumping it up 5 a day. I have all the time in the world so I know it will be a struggle and it might take hours at the gym at the start but it will be worth it if it's possible. I really just need somone to tell me it's possible =]

You better bike more than one mile (I'd say start with 3 miles and add 1/2 a mile each week). Do steep hills without walking the bike also. It took me about 3 months to work up to 25 miles a day 3 days a week on a heavy ass mountain bike with one really steep hill along the way.

5'6" and 125lbs is the perfect build for a woman.
