The internet at my hotel really sucks, and for some reason OT is the slowest thing ever from Rome.

I have taken well over 1000 pics, of which so far I have kept 250. Here is a small amount of what's uploaded so far. This thread will be updated as the upload continues. If you post a question, remember I'm 9 hours ahead of you so I may not get back to you for a while.

Almost all these were taken with a 10-22, some with the 28-135 (which I just lost the lens cap for on a bus.. boo), and the super up close ones were taken with a 75-300 IS.

I like the angle of the first one.

Looks like most of them are a bit over exposed though. They look pale.

Yea, these have little to no PP yet, I'm gunna do that when I get home... just not enough time here. As for overexposing, I just can't figure it out. I saw it when I was taking them and I tried adjusting exposure, speeding up the shutter, closing the aperture, but nothing made it right.. :dunno: suggestions? They are just SO white and reflective.

If you're still there, there's a reallly really good Gelato place near the pantheon.

"Della Palma (Via della Maddalena 20/23, Pantheon. 06/68806752) is close to the Pantheon on a street just north of the Piazza della Rotonda. It serves 100 flavors of gelato, and for sheer gaudy display and range of choice it's a must."

I went there twice when i was in Rome :o

The straciatella (can't remember how to spell it) was my favorite.

They've literally got like 100 flavors and I was only able to try like 4 :o
