    too bad the sky is blown. Looks like it could be a lot better with some work in PS.

    The location is the end of a trail in Maui... I was driving on the road to Hana and saw a small trail by chance. I pulled over and hiked it not knowing where it would end up, and this is where I was led.

    Yea, the sky is toast.. it was so overcast... I'll convert it to B&W but I really like the black sand on the right side of the pic so I don't want to lose the uniqueness there.

    After spending 30 minutes in PS, I realized I have no idea how to fix the sky. Suggestions?

    Nicely done but the sky is blown as stated and idk it looks kind of boring in the whole middle of the frame with no sky :o

    Yea... It was my first experiment with taking a bunch of pics and really trying to put them together well.. I'm just glad they all came together and look right :)

    if you don't mind being heavy-handed in PS, you could layer mask in a new sky.

    Just google sky in google images, pick one you like, and go. Purists might frown, but it's fun to play with.
