im out of protein mike and i ordered on the 28th
i've got a package
i hate running out of protein like that, happened to me last week
eat some tuna

If you need a protein fix go to costco. Chicken in a can FTW if you don't like tuna. One can is like 65g of protein. Just mix in some BBQ sauce or mayo, your choice.
im fine with tuna.. but chicken in a can? that's got to be the most rotten thing i've heard of. how's it taste?
The smell isn't far off from tuna, mainly because it's water-packed. The taste is fine, nearly indistinguishable from normal chicken breast, only it comes already cut up to fit into a can. It's great to put on salads, or I usually mix in some BBQ sauce and heat it up. I usually put that on a whole wheat hamburger bun, then just down the rest with a fork. I don't have to force feed it like I have to do with tuna.
maybe if you ate whole food you wouldnt have to rely on protein shakes?
i don't eat anything besides protein shakes. i just wanted to maintain my "tone".
Fuck that, chicken in the can ftw with a small container of onion and chive cream cheese. I swear to you thats the best fucking thing you could ever put on crackers.
