There should be a second hole in the bottom near the tripod thread so that the damn thing doesnt twist.

If I tilt the head to take vertical shots, the weight of the camera + 24-70 lens pulls the camera to a downward angle.

Are there any solutions? I tried screwing the quick release on really tight, but I was afraid I'd break that or the camera. Plus, it didn't seem to help. The cork material seems to be just slippery enough not to wanna hold.

The tripod has an extra metal 'nub' that would work wonders of there was a second hole for it to go into.

    Anyone have a similar problem/solution?:run:
