    So it was today, one year ago that I began my journey of lifting. I didn't know it would end up like this. I never thought I would be the type of person to be healthy, athletic, and in shape. I came here looking for help. I read the stickies, did my research, asked questions, and you guys helped me out. I am eternally grateful.

    sucks about the gyno but congrats bro. you made great progress. tell your doc the gyno hurts so insurance will cover removing it.

    bad idea. insurance based gyno removal looks like shit because it's not done with a cosmetic mindset. you don't go to a general surgeon for gyno you go to a plastic surgeon and save your pennies.
