First off, my own comments... Nov 2004, 5'9", 160 lbs Jul 2005, 5'9", 180 lbs Nov 2005, 5'9", 180 lbs As you'll notice, I spent 4 months accomplishing almost nothing. Something else took priority (finding a job), so I mostly ate at maintenance and skipped workouts from time to time to do on-site interviews. Current maxes are roughly: Bench - 245 lbs (guessing) Deadlift - 405 lbs (did this a month ago, so it could be higher) Squat - 355 lbs (guessing) All pic series are Nov '04, July '05, and then Nov '05. As I mentioned, the different over the last 4 months isn't much. Front relaxed: Back double-bi: I didn't do a front double-bi last Nov, so here's July '05 vs Nov '05. It looks like I did not spread my lats correctly in the 2nd pic below: On a scale of 1 to 10, I give myself a 6.5. I'm bigger, but I'd prob be ~190 lbs now if I did it right. On the plus side, I did get a job and start in 2 weeks. My goals: Hit 200 lbs by 8/30/06. Cut a reasonable amount (5 lbs?) by 12/31/06. Continue cutting 1 lb a month until I like how I look, and then maintain. See you next year.
