I've been weight training off and on... 2 years ago my maxes were: 5'10 175lb 205 bench 305 deadlift (only because I couldn't do much more without straps) 495 squat Right now I'm at 190lb (fatter and weaker than before) and got back to lifting about 2 months ago. I'm still at the same problem as before. I am not progressing in bench at all. I'm stuck at ~200 for as long as I can remember. I can do more on an incline or millitary press than I can do on a flat bench, triceps are not the problem. Currently I'm going about 3 to 5 times hitting chest 2x (1 light, 1 heavy) a weeks and arms 1x (heavy) a week. Any suggestions on what I can do?
