I've been weight training off and on... 2 years ago my maxes were:

    5'10 175lb
    205 bench :hsugh:
305 deadlift (only because I couldn't do much more without straps)
    495 squat

Right now I'm at 190lb (fatter and weaker than before) and got back to lifting about 2 months ago. I'm still at the same problem as before. I am not progressing in bench at all. I'm stuck at ~200 for as long as I can remember. I can do more on an incline or millitary press than I can do on a flat bench, triceps are not the problem. Currently I'm going about 3 to 5 times hitting chest 2x (1 light, 1 heavy) a weeks and arms 1x (heavy) a week.

Any suggestions on what I can do?

doing more sets could help. warm up set, moderate, 80% of your max, then hit your max, bring it back to 80% weight, and go max again? :dunno:
one member from wannabebig gave me a routine like that to increase my max bench, but idk about the people over there.

great digits on the squat, i hope those arent blinger squats though.

meh its not impossible......but just highly highly unlikely that the squat broke more than 1/3 of parallel

Those are my old stats :hs:

Squats were done using freeweights. Once I improved my form, my max jumped from 395 to 455 and then rose to 495  I never attempted to max out my deadlift and have no wish to do so in fear of damaging my back :dunno: I would do 275 x 15 on my last set.

This is a serious post though :hs:

2 years ago I did... I wasn't trying to show off, I was try to make a point of how weak my chest is in comparison to the rest of my lifts.

I doubt that he touched 495, though I won't hate for now, as I got laughed upon when I posted my pics after 3 years of not lifting and had previously done 50 pounds more
