    Noon - Ran 6 miles at an 8:30 pace. Finished in 54 minutes.

    5pm- Swam 500 meters in 10:13

    6pm- Crossfit

    5x50 meter sprints all sub 45 seconds

    6pm - Crossfit

    12-16-09

    11am - 5x200 meter sprint with 30 second break between sets.
    Rest 3 min
    4x400 meter sprint in sub 1:45 with 30 second break between sets.

    6pm - MMA Strength and Conditioning Class

    7pm- MMA for 2 hours.

    12pm - Ran 2 miles at 8 min pace. Was shooting for a 7:30 pace but my legs were dead from working out last night. Wasn't even close to out of breath.

    4:30 - Mile Swim

    5:30 - Crossfit

    7pm - MMA

    My body is looking forward to Saturday(day off). I couldn't keep up with anyone at MMA. I was getting subbed by guys that shouldn't ever.

    Moving into a new apartment Monday, lots of errands to do today.

    Gonna take a day off, I'm moving like a cripple.

    Ill do today's workout tomorrow.

    How are you supporting your family and paying for all of these classes? I'm jealous.

    Air Force pays for the YMCA(where I swim).

    They are supposed to pick up and reimburse me for Crossfit (I've been there a month).

    I go to MMA for free because I help teach a beginners BJJ class.

    I run either on our road or on my high schools track(for sprint work and timed runs).

    So its really not that expensive. Me and my fiance are moving into an apartment about 5 min away from all the places I train at. Right now our biggest expense is gas for the 45 min trip into where she works and I train.

    I honestly don't know how you could get into the shape you need to be in for this while working full time. There just isn't enough time to do everything and still have recovery time.

    I'm on unemployment($260 a week) and my fiance works fulltime as a cake decorator. She makes about $300 a week.

    We are POOR.

    Now that I've got my mindset on "I'm going to do this...to do SOMETHING for the first time in my life and not quit halfway through" I refuse to pussy out because I'm not in good enough shape.

    I'm already in the best shape of my life and I'm still way off the mark for what I need to be to get through the PJ pipeline.

    I just downloaded a 6 hour documentary on PJ training National Geographic did and it is sobering to watch what these guys go through.

    On a training note, my body feels better after no morning workout.

    I'm gonna go hit crossfit tonight.

    My legs just needed a break today.

    6 miles in the morning, shooting for sub 53 minutes.

    how are you liking crossfit? i've been thinking about doing it in the mornings instead of the morning class at bjj

    Crossfit is gods gift to people that want to be in shape.

    In one month it got me in better shape than any MMA school I've trained at.

    I'm stronger, more explosive, and my cardio is through the roof.

    Ran 1.5 for time. My pace sucked and was slow, no idea why. I felt great. Will run again tomorrow for time and then run some intervals.

    More concentration on running from now on. Its still my weakest point.
