My new workout plan, please critique

    I am going for strength and I will be doing incline walking to burn fat. I will also be eating around my maintence cals (diet simulier to the sticky) on training days and lower carbs/cals on non training days.

    Day 1- Legs/Bi

    Squats- 5 sets-8-10
    leg ext-2 sets 10
    leg curl-2 sets 10

    dumbbell curls- 3 sets 6
    rope hammer curls-3 sets 6-8
    2 burnout sets

    Day 2- Chest/shoulders

    Barbell incline chest press- 4 sets 6-8
    barbell flat bench- 4 sets 6-8

    Lateral raises-4 sets 6-8
    rear delt flys- 4 sets 6-8

    2 sets of burnout push ups

    Day 3-Off

    Day 4-Back/bi

    Pull Downs- 4 sets 6-8
    standing rows-4 sets 6-8
    Facepulls-4 sets 6-8

    Hammer curls-2 sets 4-6
    HEAVY BARBELL Curls- 2 sets 4-6

    Day 5-Tricep/chest

    Dumbbell pause press- 4 sets 5
    floor presses-4 sets 5

    Barbell skull crushers- 4 sets 5
    Dumbbell french press- 2 sets 5
    Push downs-2 sets burnout

    instead of making up some stupid plan use do a little reading and use a real program that has been proven to work

    Thanks for the insight, this is plan that a trainer buddy of mine offered to me and i wanted to get some opinions.

    You said you're going to strength, but you have 2 bicep days and no deadlifts.
    you're better off with 5x5 with the main lifts (squat, DL, bench, OHP)
    ditch the leg curls and leg ext
    ditch the "burnout" sets

    isolation movements will not make you stronger

    will deffinitly be adding DL, and will most likely go 5x5 on mains. Should i do a set rep count for "burnouts" or just remove entirely?
