Picked it up a little over a week ago and shot it yesterday. Very fun gun to shoot. Need to find an open range so I can shoot up some old car parts though.

    Yep.

Shopping for a SAR2 myself. Picked up some mags for a song and ammo is cheap around here. :wiggle: But a Valmet and a preban AR might delay that purchase some. :o

i know. :greddy: 5.45mm and .223 are okay, but somehow that 7.62x39mm is evil. :rant2:

Shit dude, hit up your local gun shows. They were selling cases of silver bear for $85 at the last show I went to here.

:eek3: The place where I went to isn't coming back to my area until June. We just bought 160 rounds to shoot off for fun and we're going to order the ammo online.

Nice! It looks just like mine except you made out $40 less than me. Punk!

Oh, and the cheapest place I've found to get Wolf Ammo (7.62x39 122gr.) is cabelas.com. $87.94 for a 1,000 rounds shipped to your door. I've heard of people getting it cheaper, but I don't know where and Cabelas has always been reliable and had it to my door in less than a week from ordering it.

Where? I'm always look for the cheap stuff for my SAR. I've seen sites post really low prices on Wolf ammo, but then there shipping will come to like $20 or more and it ends up being more than from cabelas.
