2001 Honda F4i with only 2900 miles :) . I just need some flush mounts upfront and I'm set. I plan on painting the fairings black over the winter when its to cold to ride.

is there such a thing as too cold to ride?

My recommendations is get some frame sliders, Lockhart Phillips flush mount turn signals (ive got them if you need help with the installation), Two Brothers carbon fiber slip on and front and rear stands. That should hold you over for now.

Very Nice Bike. If and when I do finally decide to get the balls to buy a bike, I have been looking at that bike and the R6.

Yea, when it snows I consider it to cold to ride. :squint: As for the flush mounts, I bought some regular flat flush mounts for up front but they hit the ram air tubes so I'm looking for something else.

    Thanks for the replies

nice bike, but may I suggest something?

DO NOT paint your stock fairings. If the fairings are anywhere near good/mint condition, they can fetch quite a bit on Ebay. Thing is, the older the bike gets, the harder it is to fine stock plastics. I'd suggest goin out and buying race glass and painting that. the sell your stockers. I don't know what the market is like for stock plastics in your neck of the woods, but F4i plastic still sells for about 75% of new cost for near mint.

I'd figure you can sell your plastic, buy raceglass, have it painted and fitted with lights and mounted and still come out ahead.
