    Ok, the skinny (or fatty?)

    - Am 6ft, 200lb

    - Wake up at 7:30am, have breakfast of cereal tea

    - Leave for work around 8:30 (9-5:30 shift)

    - Lunch at 1pm, usually consists of a whole wheat bun sandwich of light meat (little to no cheese, mayo, dressing, and plenty of greens - spinach, leaf lettuce, etc.). The sandwich is roughly 6" or so in length

    - Leave work around 5:30-6pm and get home around 6:30-7pm

    - Eat dinner moment I get home

    - Chill and lazy around on the computer till about 11pm

    - Go for a 7km walk around the city. Usually takes me about 45min. Walking at a consistent rate.

    - Sleep around 1am

Now as far as my diet goes, I've cut down or stopped all together:
    - Sodas
    - Juice (occasional)
    - Fatty meat/dressing/etc

Highlighted in bold above is my 'plan' so far, just to get myself used to 'moving around' and to break into my new shoes (the new shoes broke me the first day I went out with them and left me sore for a week)

Going from there, I'm going to try some HIITS routine.

Can I expect to see some results per month if I continue this habit?

Should I add some weight lifting into the mix? Only thing I see is getting more sleep but that's kinda hard for me as I have a shitty sleeping pattern. :dunno:

IF YOUR GOAL IS TO ONLY LOSE WEIGHT, YOU WILL DO THAT.

    Oh, ok.

So you want to lose weight, now. And with the way you're doing it, it's going to be mostly muscle.

THEN, you're going to spend months trying to put that exact same muscle back on?

I don't mean later as in right away.

I'd rather look slim first. Not so concerned about looking buff :dunno:

there's no point in looking slim if you have will titties and love handles.

Be smart: lift weights, and don't eat so little that you go catabolic and burn mostly muscle rather than fat. Take it slow and you'll be happier in the long run.

your diet sucks. you need to eat more often and add more protein. you also need to add weight lifting to build muscle (which in turn burns more calories, resulting in weight loss)

    read the noob sticky
