Ok, the skinny (or fatty?) - Am 6ft, 200lb - Wake up at 7:30am, have breakfast of cereal tea - Leave for work around 8:30 (9-5:30 shift) - Lunch at 1pm, usually consists of a whole wheat bun sandwich of light meat (little to no cheese, mayo, dressing, and plenty of greens - spinach, leaf lettuce, etc.). The sandwich is roughly 6" or so in length - Leave work around 5:30-6pm and get home around 6:30-7pm - Eat dinner moment I get home - Chill and lazy around on the computer till about 11pm - Go for a 7km walk around the city. Usually takes me about 45min. Walking at a consistent rate. - Sleep around 1am Now as far as my diet goes, I've cut down or stopped all together: - Sodas - Juice (occasional) - Fatty meat/dressing/etc Highlighted in bold above is my 'plan' so far, just to get myself used to 'moving around' and to break into my new shoes (the new shoes broke me the first day I went out with them and left me sore for a week) Going from there, I'm going to try some HIITS routine. Can I expect to see some results per month if I continue this habit? Should I add some weight lifting into the mix? Only thing I see is getting more sleep but that's kinda hard for me as I have a shitty sleeping pattern.
