Lately my computer has been restarting on its own. Right before it does so I get a blue screen. When it reboots I get this: http://oca.microsoft.com/en/Response.asp?SID=10

I have no idea what driver this is. I tried to get through to hp support but they put me on hold for an hour. What are my best options here? Do you think reloading the operating system would be a wise choice, or should I take a different approach? Thanks in advance.
