k, I hope you didnt get the white ones
which ones did you buy?
I'm going to need some gauges for my truck after I do all the engine mods.
how much they run? I'm guessing they look nice and basic but cost a buttload
Cheaper than Autometers or Stewart Warner gauges surprisingly. $675 for a set of 6 with 5" 200mph speedo and 10k rpm Tach. I think they're a lot cooler and have that aircraft/race influence.
yeah, they are subtle and def alot nicer looking than any autometer gauges
Yeah I still have all the stock stuff, its about time to upgrade...
they're different and a lot cooler than the typical autometer gauges...
I love the style.
$700 for gauges
Stock gauges aren't accurate for the type of abuse I put the car through.
I'm going to be installing a full aftermarket dash, stereo, as well. I already have aftermarket pedals, steering wheel, seats, belts etc so might as well complete the package with a proper set of gauges. Most importantly is oil temp, trans temp out at track days...
I already have a Kenwood Excelon Head unit, 6x9s, amps. I just need 1 10" sub for the rear deck, and a nice set of comps up front with some custom kicks.
I wasn't going to add a stereo but now that the car has a 5 speed I figure I might as well. I'll be doing some long distance road trips soon so why not. I have most of the parts.
My only complaint about autometer is that EVERYONE runs them. They're like the standard gauge for every type of car on the planet. I had been researching aircraft style gauges for a while and then came across these and was happy to see they are cheaper than the autometer stuff.
dude those are BOSS
700 really isnt that bad at all
you mean you don't want a giant autometer tach with a shift light brighter than the sun mounted so it takes up half of your field of vision? come on bro
Thats on par with autometer, steward warner or any other gauge manufacturer.
I'm looking at around $1000 total budget including the 4 gauges in the console. For those, I will run the Classic Instrument Hot Rod Series...
They're traditional, clean, and very race inspired. No bullshit, no bling...
They even have a clock
Love the clean look.
are you getting the bezels colormatched to keep em uniform as above?
been there done that in highschool. Gay as fuck and learned my lesson.
The only bling thing I'm going to run in the interior is going to be this...
I'm going to mount it flush in the dash to help me at track days, and I'll put a switch on it to disable it on the street.
They will look right at place in the car to be honest.
I bet it pulls like a bomber, might as well have the gauges to match
I like that too, too bad everone runs Defi and Prosports in the subaru community
