    2 scoops choco. protien 40g of protien:bigthumb:
    1/2 scoop of banana creme jello pudding mix
    8oz. skim milk


    let sit in freezer about 5 min = fucking :yum: but maybe a lil too sweet might need to cut back on the pudding mix

    or 12oz milk, 2 scoops mass meal

    i've been doing the same thing for 4 months and made great progress... and considering it's like 40% of my protein intake... ya:wiggle:

    same here only skim milk... whole milk with whey probably tastes better but i've only had whole milk like 10 times in my entire life.

    that's not too thick with the 2 scoops and pudding mix?? for 2 scoops i usually use 16oz water/milk
