    Not a bad protein to calorie ratio and probably tastes a lot better than cramming down a protein bar.

    yeah but it's mass produced bottom of the barrel chicken with a bun made of enriched crap and covered in sugar and salt.

    this is why you shouldn't be accepting anything that comes from a drive-thru window as even remotely healthy (regardless of the macro)... because then it'll become a staple meal in a moment of weakness, and it'll fuck your shit up.

    BTW even if you want to convince yourself that a 50% cals from carbs meal is a "good macro" eating it at 8pm is retarded.

    Eh, it's not "bad" for a fast food option, but it's not good either.

    50g of carbs just for one sandwich seems overkill particularly knowing that just one chicken sandwich with nothing else wouldn't keep my full for longer than an hour.
