I've had it for a month or so but finally got around to taking a couple decent shots of it (that need more processing work, white is a pain in the ass to shoot). Anyway... 2009 Corolla XRS (2.4L), 5-speed sequential(ish), all other options but leather and Nav. I'm a big fan all around :bigthumb:

Shown here stock but for Eibach pro kit for 2003-2008 (9th gen) - was a bit of a crap shoot on the newer/heavier car but it took it down exactly how I wanted, rides great still and all that.

And one at stock height for comparison

Best car evar, not even slightly - but it seems an ideal compromise between semi-luxury toys, solid build, reliability, fun and economy. Car rocks...couldn't be happier. Finally have a worthy replacement for my beloved 2004 S (dearly departed)

It has the more powerful (lol) motor.

Shame they didn't put the old XRS motor in it, that one was pretty sweet.

Couldn't, won't pass current emissions regs. The 2zz is a fun motor but this makes nearly as much peak power, makes far more for 90% of of the tach and has 2x+ the torque throughout. It's also better on gas and makes its power on regular.

    :dunno:

It's plenty quick for a fun daily and the torque + shorter first gear is good enough to lay down a couple short stripes + smoke on power :mamoru:

The XRS also has better brakes (plus rear discs vs loldrums), specific suspension & wheels/tires all around, strut brace, nicer interior and other stuffs. Oh..and factory PPG Solargreen glass which is

Enough to run into the 133 limiter with a bit more to go. :mamoru:
