    Apply the style directly to the image.

    <img src="blah.jpg" style="border: 1px solid black;" />

    What?

    It's CSS. X/HTML utilizes CSS.

    You have semicolons after your HTML controls. You're not supposed to do that.

    <img src="image.jpg" style="width: 175px; height: 125px; border: 1px solid black; margin: 0px auto;" />

    margin: 0px auto; should align the image to the center. If however it doesn't, try this:

    <img src="blah.jpg" align="center" style="width: 175px; height: 125px; border: 1px solid black;" />
