    I wanted to do some light work with it today, did one rm at 75lb, and it fealt like it exploded. I go from injury to injury and can't do any cardio right now because of this ugly ass knee. So I'm going to continue to be fat and only work upper body like a shitty frat boy herpe on the weight lifter psyche.
