    A 3/4 lb. top round steak, marinated in Worchestershire sauce, cajun spice blend, garlic powder, and ground black pepper for about 8 hours. And had a baked potato and carrots with it. :yum:

    Some stir-fried chicken and green peppers, cod with cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber with scrambled egg, spinach/chicken broth soup, white rice... grapes for dessert

    I only ate twice today so i tried to get my calories up around 2000 (cutting) so i ate a Roasted Turkey Sandwich at my school fast food/health food place

    memorial day what? i worked 8 hours, and ate about 1600 cals. my "mem day dinner" was baked chicken breast, typical.
