Biggest problems right now are: networking is slow (through wireless and with a cable), even bigger problems switching from cable to wireless and vise versa (cant access network drives after switching), and having an external display fucks everything up including but not limited to dashboard widgets, sleeping, and generally needing to be restarded to get it working right.

I know most of this is because of Leopard, but at least my network was running full speed until yesterday

How much ram do you have? I noticed a marked improvement going from 1 to 2 gig.

    +1

I've just been fighting this in the last 48 hours since getting a new 'N' router. Temp fix is to disable N and run only BG-mixed.

i'm running 100x faster since Leopard, and that's only with 256mb of RAM
I some how think that people fuck up something themselves inadvertently that makes their computer fuck up on them. I have 2 machines running Leopard, 1 upgraded, the other clean install, with no problems on either. Network is being shared with 2 macs, 2 pc's, xbox360, PDA, iPhone, PSP, with no problems.

Weird. I install leopard and my macbook is now 1000000000x faster. I dont know why you only got a hundred fold increase in speed, must be something wrong.

No dipshit, Leopard is running fine for me on both my MB and MBP but within Leopard there is a known bug when it comes to N-draft wireless. People are even having problems with Apples own Airport Extreme basestations.
