my mac has crashed twice today out of nowhere...

    Inside Loop 410
    Reset the physical memory or run Disk Utility would be first course of action.

    If it crashes while running a certain program, delete that program's .plist.

    mines done it once... but i think it was caz i had vmware fusion goin..
