    Trying to un-fatass myself, and starting the log for motivation and tracking.

    I'm 5'10" 220 lbs

    Schedule
    Mon: Upper Arms, HIIT, 20 min of Cardio
    Tue: Upper Legs, 20 min of Cardio
    Wed: Lower Arms, HIIT, 20 min of Cardio
    Thu: Lower Legs, 20 min of Cardio
    Fri: Chest, Abdominal, HIIT, 20 min of Cardio
    Sat: 20 min of Cardio or Off
    Sun: Off

    I want to start off by just cutting carbs, and eating smaller portions and more often of the same diet (I already don't eat that bad) I eat now, so I won't lose interest right away. After I get into the routine, I'll step it up a notch and start tracking and carefully planning my diet.

    HIIT on Elliptical - 3 min (thought it was three not four, doh)
    Should Press - 3 sets of 15
    Arm Curls - 3 sets of 15
    Cruches - 90
    Elliptical - 10 minutes

    Elliptical - 20 mins
    Leg Curls - 3 of 15
    Power Squat - 3 of 10
    Leg Extension - 3 of 16

    Gonna try and do 20 min of cardio in the AM then follow with the regular routine in the PM tomorrow.

    Reverse Wrist Curl - 4 of 30
    Supnation - 4 of 30
    Pronation - 4 of 30
    Elliptical - 20 min

    Went down a notch in the 'ol belt today too.

    weighed 215 lbs on friday, but didn't make it to the gym till yesterday
