    today was supposed to be de bench but i just did some repetition shit
    actually fucked arouind with decline and my monster minis
    decline bb 205x8/235x8/255x8/275x5 weak
    fucked around with the monter minis on flat bench for a few sets
    close grip bench 5 sets of 225x7-8
    bent over rows 4 sets of 205 8-10 reps
    rear shoulder raises laying down on an incline bench, 4 sets of 12 @20lb's

    11 sets of 280x2 off a high box, then worked up to a 3rm, hips started to hurt @425
    4x12 pullthroughs - entire stack
    4x5 45 degree back raise with a 35 pound plate
    3x8 hip adduction entire stack
    3x8 hip adductor @ 200lbs

    Why are you working up on DE when you just box squatted for ME day?

    Another tip. For your second exercise on ME squat/dead, pick something to bust ass on. If you squat, do something like RDL or SLDL for 3-4x5, working up each set. Make that last set be the hard one so the progression would be like 135,225,315,405, something like that if you wanted to do 4 sets. If you deadlift or do a goodmornings, do something like zercher squats or high box squats for 3-4x5, working up each set just like the other stuff.

    havent posted in this in awhile but I got 490lb off a box today, they were installing all new lighting in the weightroom for some reason so i left after that, too much clutter
